It is for this very reason, our home prices include a permit and impact fee allowance, as well as a sight development allowance to make the price as accurate as possible. Site development costs includes the costs to get your lot ready for construction in terms of clearing, fill, soil analysis, well, septic, sewer, water lines, and culvert.
